What you’ll need:
– 2 large eggs
– cooking spray
– flat-bottomed skillet with a lid

1. Coat skillet and mold with cooking spray and heat skillet at medium-low.
2. Place mold in a heated skillet for 30 seconds.
3. Crack each egg into a separate small bowl. Pour one egg into each “eye” ring.
4. Pour eggs into the mold.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover pan, and cook 3 to 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
6. Carefully remove the mold and transfer eggs to a plate.
7. Enjoy your eggs!
